World Aids Day is a series of week long events held the week of November 17th-21st.

This year  our theme is: ” Human Rights and Harm Reduction- Globally and Locally.”

In keeping with the theme, we have chosen two charities to donate to.
They are: Healing our Spirit (local) and The International HIV/AIDS Alliance (global)

UBC Red Cross will be selling red scarves for 7$

* An instalment focussing on Access to Essential Medicines will be run by Médecins Sans Frontières UBC throughout the week, outside the Student Union Building

* Ribbons and Little Travelers will be on sale throughout the week and at all events. This will be coordinated by UBC-Red Cross and Dr. Lane.
